Furthermore, he investigates technocratic cultures in energy discourses, with a special interest in water-related issues in nuclear power plant decision-making.   • Alessandra Giolo is a PhD candidate in Environmental Science, at the Department of Environmental, development and Sustainability Studies at Södertörn University. Her research specialises in investigating the relationship between forests, governance and security in Europe, with a particular focus on the Baltic States.   • Alexander Olsson (PhD) is a researcher at the Department of Environment, Development and Sustainability Studies at Södertörn University. He takes interest in climate policy and carbon dioxide removal methods such as carbon capture and storage, forest management, biochar production, and soil carbon sequestration. Alexander is working in the SPARC-project with the aim of trying to understand actors’ interests in relation to forestry and climate change and how policymakers may facilitate climate change target compliance. 
  • Andrius Kažukauskas is a project researcher at the department of economics, Södertörn University. He is an applied microeconomist who studies topics in environmental and energy economics, and behavioural economics.
  • Ekaterina Tarasova is a lecturer and project researcher at the Department of Department of Environmental, Development and Sustainability Studies, Södertörn University. Her research is about social and political aspects of energy transitions. She currently carries out the research project about  recognitional justice and planned coal phase-out in Poland and she is also involved in the research project about blue carbon sequestration.   • Florence Fröhlig, associate professor in ethnology, is interested in industrial sites’ memorialization and heritagization processes. She has been engaged in the research project Nuclear Legacies: Negotiating radioactivity in France, Russia and Sweden (2015-2017) and Atomic Heritage Goes Critical (2018-2020). Within the project, she addressed the social process related to the decommissioning of the nuclear plant at Fessenheim (France), especially the memorialization and heritagization of nuclear power plants in France. She has been recently engaged in ecological issues within the Baltic and Eastern European region.
  • Hugo Faber is a PhD candidate in Political Science at Södertörn University, and has previously worked as an analyst in public administration.   • Sara Persson is a postdoctoral researcher in Business Studies at Södertörn University. She has a background working with stakeholder engagement and social impact assessments in the hydropower and oil industries in Albania. Her dissertation focused on how sustainability standards impact corporate-community relations in the Albanian oil industry.
